Booking conditions

Accommodation offer 3 nights for the price of 2 nights. (normally 618 € 3 nights - now only 420 €) This offer is for new min. 3 nights accommodation bookings for period 12.1.-2.4.2026. Offer can be used on Kanava Resort webstore during 12.1.-2.4.2026. Extra nights 140 € / night while staying for 4 - 9 nights. Book longer stay changing the check-in and check-out days on calendar. Accommodation price is max for 4 persons. Extra bed 30 €/person/night. (max 2 persons on sofabed). Normal booking conditions are valid, but accommodation can't be re-scheduled without extra cost for other than campaign period mentioned above. COTTAGES

Modern 4 + 2 persons cottages located Lake Saimaa region in the village of Oravi, between the Linnansaari and Kolovesi National parks.

Each of our holiday cottages are surrounded by nature and have view either to the Lake Haukivesi or Oravi canal through the floor-to-ceiling windows.

All cottages are similar with their layouts and facilities. At the resort there are common swimming beach, dock, outdoor fireplace and Glass pavilion to our guest to use during their stay. (Glass Pavilion May-October depending of the weather)

Extrabeds

Please notify us of the need for an extra bed or a travel cot when making the reservation. An extra bed will be made up on the sofa bed in the living area; we will prepare it for you upon request. We charge 30 € per person for the extra bed linen and towels.

Babycot, high chair and potty for small children 30€ extra cost - please reserve while making reservation.
