Guaranteed Northern Lights Expedition

No one can control the Northern Lights, but we’ll do our very best to help you witness them. We will bear the risk for you on this tour!

We only go when conditions look favorable, drawing on our deep knowledge of the northern skies and our home region advantage. If the Northern Lights don't appear, you’ll get your money back. You’ll still leave with a memory, the deep silence of the Arctic wilderness beneath a sky full of stars.

We’ll take a sleigh ride deep into the wilderness, into total darkness and profound silence, not just to see the Northern Lights but to feel them, to experience the aurora in the most touching way possible.

The length of the tour depends on the conditions of the night, usually between 3 and 6 hours. You don’t have to worry about the cold; we’ll take care of you. All you need is your own warm winter clothing.

We follow the forecasts each evening. When the conditions look promising for the auroras, we arrange the tour and invite those staying in Hetta to join us beneath the Arctic stars.

You only need to let us know your travel dates in Hetta, Enontekiö. You don’t need to commit yet. When the sky looks promising during your stay, we’ll reach out. Then, it’s up to you, if it feels right, we’ll go

135 € / adult

Included:

• Transport from Hetta (your hotel/cabin)

• Sleigh ride pulled by a snowmobile in winter / car drive and walk in autumn

• Experienced local guide

Requirements:

• Warm winter clothing and winter shoes

• Minimum age: 15 years

Video: How to book?

Submit a reservation request in our online store, including your travel dates in Hetta, your contact details, and permission to send updates by email. No payment is required at this stage.

2.

We’ll contact you by email to let you know when the tour will take place. You’ll receive a deadline by which you must confirm your reservation.

3.

Once confirmed, you pay for the tour. If we’re unlucky and don’t see the Northern Lights during the tour, we’ll refund your payment in full.
