The four-bedroom villa can accommodate a total of 10 guests and is well-suited for families or groups of friends, but also for business use. The villa is modern, fully equipped and beautifully decorated. Timeless and beautiful furniture has been selected.

The main house has four bedrooms.

Bedroom 1: detachable double bed (2x 90 cm)

Bedroom 2: detachable double bed (2x 90 cm)

Bedroom 3: bunk bed (90 cm) and bed (80 cm)

Bedroom 4: bunk bed (90 cm) and bed (80 cm)

The villa's frame mattress beds are high-quality and hotel-level Unikulma beds.

The villa also has a spacious electric sauna, a high-quality outdoor hot tub and a beautiful big terrace into the evening sun.

The complex also includes an elegant beach sauna with a fold-out sofa bed for 1–2 people. The beach sauna has an air source heat pump that quickly cools or heats the room.

The yard has its own playground for children.

The villa also has a rowing boat, a sup board and a two-seater canoe. These are all free of charge for our guests.

The area is popular with hikers and at the villa you can see swans, herons and silkworms, for example. There are also high-quality golf courses nearby.

The surroundings provide a good setting for jogging and cycling, as well as canoeing and boating. The sheltered bay of Morsfjärd offers short excursions and a slightly longer excursion to enjoy the open sea. After a short kayaking, the scenery opens up to Kivenlahti and beyond can be seen from the sea in Helsinki.
