Coutts Property – Luxurious & Artistic Villa in Vaajakoski

Coutts Property is more than a house - it is a soulful masterpiece. Set in an enchanting forest surrounded by lakes, it offers peace and harmony with nature. This unique property radiates hospitality, warmth, and beauty.

The COUTTS property blends fun, intelligence and elegance, creating an environment where freedom and comfort thrive. It is not just a physical space but a living, breathtaking work of art that embodies true hospitality and grace.

The main house,  and guest houses can accommodate 8-12 people in total, with privacy for all. There are 4 bedrooms with Queen size beds and playroom sleeps 4. The whole party can enjoy a meal sitting together at the long dining table.

On the house's own beach you can swim, fish, go boating, cool off after the sauna or cook sausages around the fire pit. Inside the guesthouse you will find a wonderful sauna area where you can relax,  an outdoor hot tub where you can soak away the worries of the world and there is also a glazed terrace with a fireplace for relaxing “outdoors” on cooler nights. On the Lake there is a traditional wood-fired sauna and a beach area for swimming.

You won't find accommodation like this anywhere else in Central Finland.

The house and the surrounding nature offer everything you need to enjoy yourself. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen, there is also a professional coffee machine to make the perfect coffee.

You can also hire a private chef to prepare a dinner package for your party. The service package includes utensils, ingredients, crockery, and recommendations for wines to match the food. When the chef leaves the premises, you are left with a full stomach, a clean kitchen and 0 dishes. The chef will bring the food experience, as well as a relaxed atmosphere to your home.
