One of the highlights of the villa is the private wood-heated seaside sauna, located by the large sandy beach. From the sauna, you can enjoy calming sea views, while the gentle heat completes the experience in the heart of nature. From the beach sauna, a short walk leads to your private pier, where you can swim year-round.

During winter, an ice hole is maintained, allowing for cold-water swimming even in freezing conditions. Porvoo Ski, with both slopes and cross-country trails, is about a 35-minute drive away.

The interior is modern with a clear Scandinavian style. Underfloor heating throughout the villa ensures comfort in every season, and the light grey concrete floor creates a calm and cohesive atmosphere. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality Puustelli fittings and modern appliances. Two of the bedrooms offer sea views, allowing you to enjoy the landscape directly from bed.

The surrounding grounds are natural and covered with soft vegetation. In summer, blueberries grow right next to the terrace. The large sandy beach offers space for relaxing, swimming and enjoying the sun. Indoors, there is also an easy-to-use electric sauna.

The living room is the heart of the villa. The high panoramic windows bring in abundant natural light and open up views of the sea, the surrounding nature and the sky. The bathroom features microcement surfaces and a rainfall shower, creating a modern, hotel-like finish.

On the same property, about 30 metres away, there is another identical villa, Villa Sund. The forest between the villas and the screened terraces create a calm and private setting for both. For larger groups, it is possible to rent both villas.
