Huset Linden is a stylish, well-built holiday home from 2021, located in a quiet and popular area on Tättö, just outside Loftahammar. The house features a bright, open-plan layout with generous space for six guests. It is an ideal retreat for families or small groups seeking peace, comfort, and easy access to the Swedish archipelago.

Within just a few minutes’ walk, you will reach the popular Tättö campsite, offering a child-friendly sandy beach, mini golf, an ice cream kiosk, and a restaurant. Loftahammar is easily accessible by bicycle and provides cafés, restaurants, a grocery store, a golf course, and boat connections out into the archipelago. The surrounding area also offers beautiful forest walks, with plenty of mushrooms and berries to forage during the season.

Garden and outdoor areas

The house is situated on a quiet end-of-the-road location and is surrounded by a natural plot of approximately 1059 m², creating a safe and tranquil environment that is particularly appreciated by families with children. The spacious, multi-level wooden deck enjoys sunshine from morning until evening and offers plenty of space for dining, play, and relaxation. The deck also features a hot tub, as well as a guest house with two additional sleeping places and lovely views, perfect for teenagers or guests who prefer a bit more privacy.
