Welcome to Villa Helene in Loftahammar! Villa Helene is a charming and modern holiday home that accommodates up to 8 guests. Situated in a quiet, dead-end street in Loftahammar, the house offers tranquility and privacy. The garden features spacious lawns, perfect for outdoor activities with family and friends. A glass-enclosed veranda and a terrace provide relaxing spaces to enjoy sunny days. From May through September, guests have access to a spa bath, where the temperature can be set to around 30°C, ideal for cooling off on warm days while enjoying the beautiful garden.

Villa Helene is within walking distance of the forest, the sea, the harbor, and the center of Loftahammar, where you’ll find a grocery store, bakery, restaurants, and tourist information including bike and boat rental. Loftahammar also offers a variety of activities, including a playground, mini-golf course, disc golf, outdoor gym, football field, beach, hiking trails, and archipelago boat traffic to the beautiful islands Hasselö and Rågö.

Villa Helene has a modern and welcoming ambiance, featuring stylish décor and fully equipped to meet all your holiday needs.

Ground Floor: The well-equipped kitchen includes everything you might need, such as a dishwasher, air fryer, and ice maker, making meal preparation easy and enjoyable. The cozy dining room, with its large table, is perfect for shared meals and gatherings. In the bright living room, you can relax on a spacious and comfortable sofa, while a Smart TV with Chromecast and a warming fireplace create a homely atmosphere. The peaceful bedroom with a double bed offers a restful space, and the large bathroom is fitted with a toilet, sink, and shower.

Upper Floor: Upstairs, you’ll find two charming bedrooms—one with a double bed and sea views, and the other with a single bed and view to the forest. A separate toilet is also available on this floor.

Basement: The basement includes a large bedroom with two beds and a crib, ideal for families with young children. A bathroom with a toilet, shower, and washing machine adds extra convenience during your stay.

Outdoor Area: Villa Helene boasts a lovely garden with terrace furniture, a spa bath (May-Sept), a Weber electric grill, and a charcoal grill. For additional guests, a cozy cabin with two beds and a TV with Chromecast is available. Two stand-up paddleboards (SUPs) are provided for exploring the archipelago. For electric vehicle owners, a charging station is available (for an additional fee).
