The garden is largely fenced, with only an opening behind the barn to drive onto the property from the gravel road. From the villa, you have easy access to both the sea and the lake, just 1 km away via scenic walking paths. Along the path to the sea, you will also pass the “Spaladan,” where you can book soothing body treatments. Additionally, the center of Loftahammar is only 2.5 km away, where you’ll find shops, restaurants, a golf course, boat trips to the archipelago, and a family-friendly sandy beach.
