Villa Anna

Welcome to Villa Anna, a luxurious and atmospheric holiday home equipped for 10 people, complete with a pool and sauna. The villa is located just 500 meters from the beach in the former spa town of Källvik, which is now a small-scale summer village. It offers shared facilities such as beaches, a soccer field, a tennis court, and in July, an ice cream kiosk run by local children.

The villa is surrounded by greenery, with wonderful terraces that allow you to enjoy both sun and shade. Children can play freely in the garden, the lovely swimming pool (available from June to September), and the private boules court. There is also a charging post for electric or hybrid cars, along with garden furniture, cushions, and a charcoal grill.

The summer village of Loftahammar is about 3 kilometers from Villa Anna. Here, you'll find tourist information, a grocery store, restaurants, a playground, a beautiful golf course, archipelago boat trips, and more. There are fantastic walking trails, charming sandy beaches, cliffs, and stunning views over Vivassen Bay and the Baltic Sea in the direction of Loftahammar and beyond.

The port city of Västervik is about a 45-minute drive away. Voted Sweden's most beautiful summer city in 2020 and 2021, it’s well worth a visit.

Layout of the holiday home:

Villa Anna is fresh and tastefully decorated, with an open-plan kitchen and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, fan, coffee maker, kettle, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. The living room includes a dining area, a sitting area with a TV, and a cozy fireplace. The dining table is perfect for those days when the weather doesn’t permit dining outside on the large wooden deck. From the living room, you can directly access the pool terrace or the covered terrace on the other side of the villa.

The ground floor also includes a bathroom, a bedroom, and a study. The spacious, tiled bathroom features a shower, toilet, sink, and washing machine. The study serves as a small extra living room, offering a peaceful space to enjoy a book. The study leads to the first bedroom, which has a double bed and views of the pool area.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and a second bathroom with a toilet, shower, and electric sauna. One bedroom has two single beds, and the other has two single beds, a sofa bed (for 1–2 people), a TV, and access to a roof terrace overlooking the garden and football field. The final bedroom is in an adjacent cottage, featuring a family bed and a sleeping loft.
