With 72 square meters of living space, the house is fully equipped with two separate bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds. The modern bathroom features a shower, sink, sauna, and washing machine, and there's a separate toilet. The spacious, open-plan living area includes an integrated kitchen and dining area with a dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and fridge with freezer compartment. The dining area has a table for four, and the cozy sofa corner is equipped with German satellite TV. From the large windows, you can step out onto the 40 m² wooden terrace, where you can enjoy stunning views of the valley and the Baltic Sea, along with access to garden furniture and a grill. 

A motorboat is included in your stay, allowing you to easily explore the beautiful archipelago. Hop on board and discover uninhabited islands and hidden coves, perfect for fishing or swimming. 

The house is pet-free and smoke-free, and electricity costs 4 SEK/kWh, payable at the end of your stay.
