Layout holiday home

With 90 square meters of living space, the house is fully equipped with three separate bedrooms: one with a double bed and two with two single beds each (which can be combined). The modern bathroom includes a shower, toilet, sink, and washing machine. The spacious open-plan living area features an integrated kitchen with a dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and fridge with freezer compartment. The dining area accommodates a large table for six, and the cozy seating corner is equipped with German satellite TV. From the large window, you can step out onto the 50 m² wooden terrace, where you can enjoy stunning views of the valley, along with access to garden furniture and a grill.

A motorboat is included in your stay, allowing you to easily explore the beautiful archipelago. Step aboard and discover uninhabited islands and hidden coves, ideal spots for fishing or swimming. At the dock, you can also borrow kayaks and enjoy a shallow beach, perfect for children, so the whole family can enjoy the water.

The house is pet-free and smoke-free, with electricity costing 4 SEK/kWh, payable at the end of your stay.
