Our sauna world, located on the shores of Lake Pyhäjärvi, includes a traditional wood-heated sauna, an enchanting electric smoke sauna, and two outdoor hot tubs. The resort’s sauna area is right by the lake, allowing guests to take a refreshing dip in Pyhäjärvi using the swimming ladder from the dock. From the terrace of the log-built sauna building, it’s just a few steps to the water.

Stunning Views of the Fells

The scenery is breathtaking – you’ll have a direct view of the magnificent Soutaja fells, which rise from the opposite shore of the lake. To complete your sauna experience, you can also order a delicious sauna menu to satisfy your appetite.

The Electric Smoke Sauna Experience

A traditional smoke sauna experience with a modern and efficient setup. The smoky aroma is naturally created using alder wood chips. Our sauna master prefers alder wood as it produces the perfect soft and delicate smoke, giving the sauna its characteristic scent and atmosphere.

Relaxing in the Hot Tub

From the sauna, step straight into the outdoor hot tubs. Heated with wood, the water remains consistently warm. One of the most extraordinary experiences is sitting in the warm hot tub, sipping a drink, and admiring the starry sky – or with a bit of luck, the northern lights. In winter, you can further refresh yourself with an ice swimming dip, while in summer, you can enjoy the crystal-clear waters of Pyhäjärvi.

Cozy Moments by the Fireplace

After the sauna and hot tub, our sauna building’s fireplace lounge invites you to continue socializing with your group while enjoying refreshments and the delicious sauna menu from Restaurant Aihki. The ordered food and drinks are delivered directly to the cozy lounge, where the warmth and ambiance of the fireplace complete your sauna evening.
