During the class you will lay comfortably under a blanket and let the sound and vibration of the singing bowls nurture you gently. Sound meditation relaxes your body and nervous system, activates the parasympathetic nervous system and calms down your whole body and mind.
Includes the use of Tibetan handmade singing bowls, koshi bells, and rain stick.
