Rooms and Amenities
The villa has three floors. On the first floor, there is an entrance hall, a toilet, a dining area, and a small kitchen (no cooking facilities)
The second floor features three bedrooms (each with two sleeping places), two living rooms (one with a TV), a bathroom and a toilet.
The third floor (loft) offers six sleeping places (three double beds, which can also be separated into single beds).

The kitchenette is equipped with a coffee maker, kettle, microwave, and refrigerator. Air-source heat pumps ensure a pleasant indoor climate all year round.

Scenery and Surroundings
From the villa’s large windows and yard, you can admire stunning views of the river and the surrounding nature. Here you can enjoy peace, the magical atmosphere of Lapland, and your own privacy – all just a short drive from the services of Rovaniemi.
