Ice fishing

Just a short drive from our Safarihouse, and we'll arrive at a charming lake favored by the locals. Under the guidance of our expert guide, you’ll discover the secrets of ice fishing and learn how to create your own ice fishing hole. Warm beverages will be served as you fish and enjoy the serene winter landscape. Don’t miss this chance to experience authentic winter fishing!

Minimum group size on this excursion is 4 adults. Registration for the activity must be done by 4 p.m. on the previous day.  

If we are unable to reach the minimum group size by 4p.m. the previous day, the excursion will be cancelled and payment will be refunded. 

All safaris begin and end at the Rukapalvelu Safarihouse. 

We provide all the necessary equipment for the program.

We recommend wearing your own outdoor-friendly clothes/woolen base layers, on top of which we will provide a winter suit, wool socks, winter boots, and gloves. We are happy to provide more information on suitable clothing.
