The brand-new Rukariutta Superior apartments will be completed in November 2026 and are now available for pre-sale – be among the first to stay!

These modern and spacious apartments comfortably accommodate up to six guests. Two separate bedrooms and a sofa bed make them ideal for families and groups. The open-plan kitchen and living area provides a welcoming space to spend time together, while your private sauna offers the perfect way to relax after an active day.

Rukariutta’s peaceful location is ideal for guests who appreciate privacy and nature. Situated slightly away from the busy Ruka village, it offers a calm atmosphere while still being close to all services and ski slopes – just about one kilometre away.

Each apartment includes a private entrance and terrace, allowing you to step straight into the surrounding nature.

Reception is located at Hotel Arctic Zone (Rukankyläntie 13), where keys are collected upon arrival and returned at departure. Restaurant Zone serves accommodation guests daily from 08:00 to 04:00, and you can also enjoy a delicious buffet breakfast during your stay.

The apartments are located in the Rukaportti area at Riutanpää 3.
