The cottage is also fitted with electricity and running water. This makes it easy and comfortable to enjoy a cottage holiday. The cottage is situated on the eastern shore of Lake Soukkio, so the sun will shine on the yard and pier for the whole day. Lake Soukkio has a strong population of pike, perch, and bream. There is also proper fish cleaning equipment.

The cottage has beds for four people. There are two beds in the hut, and the sofa bed in the combined kitchen/living room can accommodate another two persons if needed. All buildings have electricity, so the sleeping hut also has lighting and an electric radiator.

The cottage kitchen is equipped with all the necessary tableware for six persons and all the standard small kitchen appliances. The kitchen has a tap with both hot and cold water that you can drink. The fridge also features a freezer compartment. There is a small oven and microwave and a cooker with two hotplates. For the barbecue season, the cottage has two grills on the spacious terrace. The electric grill can also be used to smoke food. The other grill runs on charcoal. The terrace also has a table and chairs.

The sauna is wood-heated. In addition to a traditional water stove, the sauna also has a shower with both cold and hot water.

The toilet is of the clean dry variety. It also has electric lighting, as does the yard.
