Both the main building and the luxurious combined beach sauna and outdoor kitchen are suitable for year-round use and enjoyment. The beach and garden of Kiviniemi are well-suited for children, and there is also a sandbox near the terrace.

The main cottage of Kiviniemi was built in 1997 and refurbished in 2010 and 2019. There are two bedrooms with two twin beds. The sofa bed in the living room can easily provide a bed for two more people. The open kitchen and washroom are well-equipped. The main cottage has an electric sauna.

The luxurious beach sauna and outdoor kitchen building, which was completed in 2013, features a wood sauna and a dressing room with a shower booth. Thanks to its low-emissivity windows and underfloor heating, the outdoor kitchen is also suited for year-round use, and the sofa in the dining area can easily transform into a sofa bed for two. Its large windows and lovely location ensure that the outdoor kitchen has a stunning view of the sunset over Lake Soukkio.
