The villas
Kukas 1 villas with a loft are perfect for families, couples, or small groups seeking a premium Lapland escape. Designed with modern Nordic style and natural materials, each villa’s high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows flood the interior with light and frame beautiful views of the surrounding forest and the fells of the Pallas–Yllästunturi National Park.

Inside, the open-plan living and kitchen area creates a warm, inviting space for relaxing, dining, and spending quality time together. You’ll also enjoy your own private sauna with a bathroom including a shower and toilet, as well as a separate WC, making the villa especially comfortable for families and groups. A terrace invites you to linger over morning coffee or soak up sunset views.

The loft adds flexibility, offering a peaceful reading nook or an extra sleeping area with lovely views over Lapland’s nature.

Sleeping arrangements
Each Kukas 1 villa accommodates up to 5 guests: a double bed in the downstairs bedroom, two single beds in the loft, and a fold-out armchair bed that’s best suited for children.

Pet policy
Pets aren't allowed in Kukas 2 villas. If you are travelling with pets, Kukas 1 and Äkäs 1 villas are pet friendly options.
