Fish prepared in four ways, served with angelica spread and archipelago bread.

Pickled pike, whitefish prepared in Spanish style, charred salmon, and cold-smoked Baltic herring as a mousse. The cold dish is served with house-made malt crispbread, archipelago dark bread, and angelica spread.
