Safety Briefing
Before the safari, your guide will explain how to safely drive the sled and work together with your husky team.
Self-Driven Husky Safari
Drive your own husky sled for approximately one hour through snowy forests and peaceful Arctic landscapes. Feel the energy of the dogs as they take you through the Finnish wilderness.
Meet the Huskies & Family Farm
After the safari, meet the huskies, learn about their personalities and daily life on a working family farm, and enjoy time for photos and cuddles.
Stories by the Fireplace
Finish the experience by the fireplace with hot drinks and cookies while hearing stories about the huskies, their training and life on a small family farm.
Important Information
Tours operate in most weather conditions. Sledding is not possible below -30°C or above +10°C. In such conditions, the sled tour may be replaced with a farm visit or rescheduled. No refund is provided if an alternative or rescheduling is offered.
Activities may be changed, shortened, postponed or cancelled due to extreme weather, unsafe trail conditions, dog welfare or health concerns, government restrictions or other unforeseen circumstances.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and for wearing suitable Arctic winter clothing and footwear.
Photos and videos may be taken for marketing purposes. Please inform the guide before the tour if you do not wish to appear.
Only guests aged 16+ may drive a husky sled. The guide has final authority over who may drive and all safety instructions must be followed.
Children remain under the responsibility of their parents or guardians. Children may only approach or interact with the dogs with the guide’s permission. Children price is for 4-11yo.
