SPECIAL TERMS FOR SNOWMOBILE SAFARIS

  • The driver must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid EU / Finland

    driving license.

  • Driving a snowmobile under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly

    prohibited by Finnish law.

  • Each snowmobile is shared by two guests, taking turns driving.

  • Children under 140 cm will ride in a sled pulled by the guide’s snowmobile.

  • Children taller than 140 cm may sit on the snowmobile behind an adult at

    the adult price. The guide will always make the final decision regarding

    the child’s ability to safely sit on the snowmobile.

  • Children under 2 years old are not recommended for snowmobile safaris.

  • Liability for snowmobile damage: In case of an accident, the driver is liable

    for damages up to 1500€ per person / snowmobile / accident.

CHILD POLICY

  • Children aged 4 to 12 years are eligible for child rates unless stated

    otherwise. If child is over 140cm adult price will be charged.

  • Children under 4 years old may participate free of charge; however, not all

    activities are suitable for young children. Activity provider

    reserves the right to deny participation for safety reasons, such as

    extreme weather or trail conditions.

GENERAL TERMS

  • All activities are subject to change due to weather conditions, safety

    requirements, or operational considerations. Activity provider

    reserves the right to adjust the schedule, route, duration, pricing, or

    content of excursions when necessary to ensure safety and the best

    possible experience.

  • Participation may be denied if a guest's physical or mental condition poses

    a risk to themselves or others.

  • Snowmobile activities, may be physically

    demanding. Pregnant women are not advised to participate. Failure to

    inform us of pregnancy releases activity provider from all

    liability. Any additional transport required due to pregnancy or other

    conditions is at the guest’s own expense.

INSURANCE

  • We strongly recommend all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, or accidents.

GUEST RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE

  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused intentionally or accidentally

    to equipment, property, or other guests.

  • Parents are responsible for any damage caused by their children.

  • Activity provider reserves the right to charge damages on-site.

  • The company is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.
