The Summer Granary offers an unforgettable overnight experience for those seeking a break from the everyday. Spend the night in an ancient grain storage loft, without electricity or internet. The upper floor features a cozy sleeping space for three people. Downstairs, you can enjoy meals and relaxation around an old farmhouse table while exploring the private folk museum inside the granary. The beautiful rural landscape unfolds all around, and nearby, chickens stroll about in their own enclosure.

The Summer Loft is a perfect choice for guests who value tranquility, farm sounds, and a sense of history.

This rustic, romantic space lets you truly unplug – no electricity, no phones, no Wi-Fi. After a peaceful night in the cool, dim loft, you’ll wake to the sound of a rooster greeting the morning.

Toilet, shower, and kitchen are located in the shared facilities of the stone barn

The Summer Loft includes:

• Three beds:

  • Former farmhand Makkara-Jooseppi’s bed (200 x 86 cm)

  • One adult-size bed (191 x 73 cm)

  • One small bed (184 x 70 cm)

• Duvets and pillows

• Dining and sitting area downstairs with table and benches

• Outdoor seating and a fire pit in front of the loft

• Lanterns for lighting

• Phone charging is available elsewhere on the property

Not included:

• Bed linen and towels, can be booked as an extra service

• Breakfast, available as an additional service)

• No heating, the loft is only rented during the summer season

• No electricity

Important Information:

• Do not store valuables in the loft

• Stairs to the sleeping area are steep

• Not suitable for guests with limited mobility

• Not suitable for business travelers

• Not suitable for small children – risk of falling

• The small bed (184 x 70 cm) is not suitable for tall adults

• The door cannot be locked from outside – it can only be secured from inside at night
