🎯 Purpose of the Role
We didn’t set out to build another PMS. We rebuilt how resort tech should work for modern, experience-driven hospitality.
As Moder’s Sales for the Nordics, you’ll help hotels and resorts modernize their operations. You’ll run the full sales cycle from first contact to demo to signed deal and show operators how to replace messy tech stacks with one system their whole team actually likes using.
This is a hands-on and high-impact role. You’ll prospect, build pipeline, host sharp demos, and work closely with our Head of Sales and marketing team to turn interest into revenue and shape how Moder grows in the Nordics.
Most importantly, you’ll represent what makes Moder different: curious, human, honest, and full of energy.
⚙️ Key Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline across Sweden and Norway.
Run high-quality product demos and guide customers through their buying journey.
Work consultatively, understand each hotel’s business and tailor solutions to their needs.
Collaborate daily with Head of sales and sales team to refine pitches and feedback loops.
Update CRM data and track performance proactively.
🚀 What Success Looks Like (First 6–12 Months)
You consistently hit 8 deals per month.
You know the product inside out and run demos independently.
You’ve built a pipeline in both Sweden and Norway and established strong customer relationships.
You’re contributing ideas to improve how we sell and how customers experience Moder.
🧩 Who You Are
Must-haves
Experience in outbound B2B sales (SaaS or tech preferred).
You love talking to people, solving problems, and helping customers succeed.
You’re fluent in English
Self-driven, organized, and enjoy hitting goals in a fast-moving environment.
Nice-to-haves
Experience in hospitality tech.
Can speak Swedish / Norwegian
You’ve worked in a startup or small sales team before.

Salary range: 2 500 – 4 500 € + bonus for victories + share options + benefits
