In this kettlebell class, we train strength, endurance, and body control in a versatile way using kettlebells.
The class includes a proper warm-up, kettlebell exercises, and a cool-down/stretching session.
You only need to bring your own water bottle and possibly a small towel. The class duration is 60 minutes.
You can be a beginner or more experienced with kettlebells – the class is suitable for all levels.
Each participant performs the repetitions at their own pace, so there is no need to keep up with others or count reps.
