Rental terms and conditions

• The bicycle rental fee and any equipment must be paid in advance.

• The renter is responsible for taking proper care of the rented bicycle and its equipment.

• The bicycle may only be used for its intended purpose.

• The bicycle may not be lent, transferred, or entrusted to another person unless otherwise agreed.

• The renter is fully responsible for the bicycle, accessories, and equipment until they have been returned. The renter is liable for the full replacement value of the bicycle and its equipment in the event of loss, theft, or damage, and must compensate for any missing parts, accessories, or damage.

• The renter agrees to comply with all traffic laws and regulations in force in Finland.

• The bicycle must be returned to the agreed location at the end of the rental period.

• Taking the rented bicycle outside Finland is strictly prohibited unless separately agreed at the time of rental.

Riding the Bicycle

To help keep our bicycles in excellent condition, please use them correctly.

When starting to ride, do not use a high assistance level together with a high gear. This places excessive strain on the chain and drivetrain and may cause the chain to break.

Instead, start in a low gear with a low assistance level, and shift to higher gears as your speed increases—just as you would when driving a car. This helps protect the chain and cassette, ensuring the bicycle remains in excellent condition for everyone.
