Join one of the Arctic’s most spectacular wildlife adventures and experience the magic of Northern Norway’s fjords from the sea.

Your journey begins with a scenic 20-minute drive from Lyngen North to Sørkjosen Harbour, passing through beautiful Arctic landscapes, snow-covered mountains, frozen coastlines, and breathtaking fjord views that already make the trip part of the adventure.

At the harbour, you will meet our experienced local captains before boarding our comfortable boat designed for small-group Arctic expeditions. As we leave the harbour behind, the adventure takes you deep into the breathtaking Arctic fjords surrounded by dramatic winter scenery and untouched nature.

These waters are home to some of the Arctic’s most incredible marine wildlife. Following the seasonal migration routes, our captains navigate through the fjords in search of orcas, humpback whales, and other fascinating wildlife that regularly visit the area during the winter months.

During the safari, you will have the opportunity to witness these majestic animals in their natural environment while enjoying the peaceful beauty of the Arctic wilderness. Sea eagles, porpoises, and other marine species are also commonly spotted along the route.

The boat features a warm and comfortable indoor cabin where guests can relax while still staying connected to the experience outside through large panoramic windows. For an even closer connection with nature, guests are of course welcome to step outside onto the deck to fully experience the Arctic atmosphere and observe the whales in the open air.

Throughout the journey, our guides share stories and information about the local wildlife, Arctic nature, and the traditions of the region, making the experience both exciting and educational.
