Our three-course dinner celebrates the flavours of Lapland, featuring regional favourites such as reindeer, local fish, wild mushrooms and northern berries. Choose your favourites from our varied menu, combining traditional Lapland delicacies with modern culinary touches.

Starters – choose one:

• Carrot-herb soup with fresh croutons

• Creamy wild mushroom soup

• Cheesy smoked reindeer soup

• Fish platter

Main Courses – choose one:

• Roast reindeer with red wine sauce, potatoes and roasted vegetables

• Reindeer fillet with wild mushroom sauce, potatoes and roasted vegetables

• Local fish with lemon sauce, potatoes and roasted vegetables

• Traditional sautéed reindeer with mashed potatoes, pickles and lingonberries

• Vegetable patties with wild mushroom sauce, potatoes and roasted vegetables

Desserts – choose one:

• Traditional Finnish bread cheese in warm cream with cloudberry jam

• Panna cotta with berry purée

• Apple and oat crumble with vanilla sauce

Included in the price: Three-course dinner, bread and non-alcoholic beverages: water, milk, juice, coffee and tea.
