In the yard you'll find a traditional Lappish kota hut, shared with other guests. It's the perfect place to grill sausages, brew campfire coffee or simply enjoy the evening under the starry sky. In winter you can watch the northern lights right from the yard.

Cross-country ski trails are just a few hundred metres away, and the ski bus takes you easily to the slopes. Äkäslompolo village's services, including the famous Jounin Kauppa store, cafés and restaurants, are all within walking distance, so you can enjoy your holiday without a car.

Final cleaning is the guest's responsibility, so the apartment is clean and ready for the next guests, and you'll find cleaning equipment and clear instructions in the apartment. Your key is in a key box next to the front door, so no key pick-up is needed.
