Hiking, biking, and cross-country ski trails pass just 50 meters from the door, in the middle of untouched wilderness. The location is also exceptional for northern lights viewing with very little / non light pollution, whether from the lakeshore or the forested other surroundings.

The cottage includes one bedroom downstairs, double beds in the open loft, and an additional double bed in a private sleeping alcove — offering three separate sleeping areas.
