The Captain Himanka Apartment is located in a traditional wooden house that once belonged to Sea Captain Himanka, just a short walk from Langin Kauppahuone. Here, you are not simply staying near the historic town – you are staying inside it.

The private apartment combines the character and atmosphere of an old wooden house with the comforts of a modern stay. The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, and a cosy fireplace room with a sofa bed for two additional guests.

One of the highlights of the apartment is its private, traditional Finnish wood-heated sauna, connected to the washing room. The washing room also has a washing machine and tumble dryer, making the apartment particularly comfortable for longer stays.

You enter the apartment through a glass-enclosed veranda overlooking the leafy courtyard – a peaceful place that immediately gives a sense of life in a traditional Old Town Raahe wooden house.
