At Nordic Archipelago Chef's Table, we celebrate the nature of the Finnish archipelago: the forests, the sea and the seasons. Seasonal, terroir-driven & 5-course ‘Forest & Sea to Table’
Duration
People
At 8 p.m., we gather at the communal table, where the evening menu is unveiled. A single menu per evening – freshly cooked (5 courses) and served by the chef himself – brings guests, stories and flavours together. Foraging plays a central role: we go into the island forest and to the sea to find herbs, berries, mushrooms, seaweed and special flavours. The cuisine follows the rhythm of the island: whatever is currently growing, tastes good and is available. Zero waste, respect for producers and sustainability are our guiding principles.
Finally, we move outside to the fire:
the Open-Fire Dessert Ritual brings dessert under the starry sky. Stories about the archipelago, the seasons and life by the sea accompany the last course. Those who wish can enjoy a digestif by the campfire, accompanied by the aromatic scent of birch embers.

* Begin the evening in tune with the rhythm of the island.
Your body will warm up, your breathing will calm down, your senses will open up. We serve a small aperitif with the sauna & löyly ritual before the evening begins at the Chef's Table.
* After dessert, we stay by the fire. The digestif is served outside, in the light of the white nights or under the night wind and northern stars, while we share stories about the islands and the sea.
