We combine freshly gathered ingredients from nature with regional products to create our Scandinavian-inspired 5-course Forest to Sea dinner. The foraging menu from the forest and sea includes a wood tail (a non-alcoholic cocktail from the forest), a small amuse-gueule and wild tapas, as well as a main course and dessert. Water, coffee or tea are also included. A set table for communal dining in our island kitchen and Nordic hospitality invite you to enjoy one of our special culinary experiences.
