On April 25, the restaurant in Jockfall will be transformed into a gastronomic experience like no other. For one evening, guest chef Simon Lahti and sommelier Magnus Fjällborg take over the kitchen and dining room, inviting you to an exclusive fine dining dinner.

Enjoy a specially crafted 5-course menu, where each dish is carefully designed for the evening and paired with a selected wine package that elevates the flavors to the next level.

This is an evening for anyone who loves food, wine, and unforgettable taste experiences.

Simon Lahti is a restaurateur and the founder of Hemmagastronomi in Luleå – a gastronomic hub that includes a restaurant, bakery, delicatessen, and culinary studio. With roots in Tornedalen and experience from restaurants across Sweden, Simon works with a clear philosophy: letting seasonal and local ingredients take center stage. At Hemmagastronomi, northern flavors, craftsmanship, and modern gastronomy come together to create culinary experiences where quality, simplicity, and respect for ingredients are always in focus.

Magnus Fjällborg is a chef and sommelier from Luleå with a deep passion for wine and gastronomy. He runs the wine import company Winebrokers together with Simon, focused on sourcing and delivering quality wines to restaurants and wine enthusiasts. With extensive knowledge and curiosity, Magnus creates wine experiences where food and wine interact perfectly.
