Kallinen: Superior Twin Room

Each room accommodates 1–2 guests. If you book all five rooms, Kallinen is ideal for small groups of up to 10 people. All rooms are conveniently located along the same hallway.

The rooms of Kallinen rise proudly atop Särkänmäki, the highest point in Puu-Juuka. This light-toned wooden house, built in the early 1900s, is part of the region’s cultural heritage – now serving as a truly unique accommodation.

Over the years, the building has operated as a guesthouse, café, and general store. However, it became best known as Kallinen’s radio shop and repair service. That chapter left a lasting mark – and the house still bears the name Kallinen, honoring its electric past.

Today, Kallinen blends old-world charm with modern comfort. It’s a place where you can breathe in layers of history and enjoy the peaceful spirit of the surroundings.

The Kallinen Superior room is spacious and features a private, stylish bathroom.

Breakfast is included in the room rate and is served in the breakfast room of the Jukola building.
