The red ochre–painted Arola House, originally built in the early 1900s, has been converted into seven Superior rooms and two Deluxe rooms.
A distinctive feature of the building is its narrow and tall extension, known as “the tower.” In Juuka, the house is best known for having housed the Arola clothing shop and the Arola barber, but over the years it has also been home to a bakery and a café.
The Arola Deluxe room is exceptionally spacious, furnished with antique furniture, and features a large private bathroom.
The room rate includes a smoothie and light refreshments, as well as breakfast served in the breakfast room of the Jukola building. Breakfast can also be ordered to be delivered to the room.
