A well-equipped semi-detached apartment for 10 people. On three floors, there are nice spaces for vacationing, plus a meeting room on the lowest floor.

Please notice that making a reservation is only a request for reservation not confirmed booking. Please wait for confirmation for your request.

Final cleaning and bed linen are always for a separate additional fee. For the reservation, please choose either the final cleaning performed by the maintenance or the inspection fee after self-cleaning. Please also add bed linen as needed if you do not bring your own.

Main entrance on the 2nd floor, with kitchen, living room and toilet. 2 bedrooms on the same floor, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed for 3 people (lower bed 140cm). Upstairs, separate toilet and bedroom with two single beds and a bunk bed for 3 people (lower bed 140cm).

On the lowest floor there are sauna facilities, a toilet, a lounge with a TV and a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 more people if necessary. Downstairs has also a meeting room for 10 people.

An atmospheric fireplace in the living room, firewood is included in the rental. The living room also leads to the balcony.

The kitchen is fully equipped and the apartment also has a clothes drying cabinet and washing machine.

In the courtyard there is two apartment-specific parking spaces with heating poles and plenty of space for e.g. snowmobiles, nearby you can also go on snowmobile and cross country skiing trails.

Pets are not allowed and the apartment is not suitable for the disabled due to the many different floors.

You can enjoy the enchanting nature of Lapland combined with the heartbeat of Levikeskus. There is plenty of activity in Levi for the whole family, regardless of the season, welcome! #holidayinlapland
