The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed. The sofa bed in the living room offers an additional bed for one adult or two children if necessary.

The location of the apartment is quiet, close to the South Point and West Point chairlifts and Leevilandia. During the season, you can easily get to the center of Levi by SkiBus, as the stop is about 300 meters from the apartment. Closest restaurant is Sivakka, 700 meters from the apartment. The apartment includes a parking space with heating pole and a ski maintain room in the common areas. The apartment is located on the second floor of a small apartment building with an elevator.
