The booking calendar is now open. Be quick—last summer, these sold out fast!

Bookings are only available through Hilltop Forest’s own booking system. No advance reservations.

What’s included?

• An overnight stay in a cozy Hideaway Cabin

• Private Forest Spa session (1h 45 min). Slots available at 5 PM, 7 PM, and 9 PM (selected on the next page)

• Forest pizza dinner delivered to your cabin (includes two forest pizzas, burrata salad, and locally made toffee for dessert)

• Breakfast delivered to your cabin. And yes, that includes our famous freshly baked cinnamon buns!

• Hilltop’s signature linen bathrobes, bed linens & bath towels

• Frama bath products

• Our team will be on-site to ensure your getaway is as effortless as possible

Additional guest (3 people total)

• Hideaway Cabins are designed for two guests, but it is possible to add a third person. Please note that space in the cabin will be very limited. The additional bed is a floor mattress, and the extra guest receives all the same services listed above.

• Package price for 3rd guest: €149 / adult, €49 / child (2–16 years old). The booking system will automatically adjust the price when you make a reservation for three guests.

• If you are bringing an infant (under 2 years old), please add this information under ‘Additional Info’, but do not include them in the total guest count.

Terms & Important Information

• Cancellations must be made at least 3 weeks before arrival, after which the payment will be refunded minus a €15 processing fee.

• If you are unable to attend (including illness), you may transfer your booking to another person, but the reservation cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

• The full amount is charged at the time of booking.

• Discount codes, promotions, or gift cards are not valid for pop-up dates.

• Check-in at 3:00 PM, check-out at 12:00 PM

Drinks

• Hilltop’s own alcohol service is closed during pop-up days.

• You may bring your own drinks to the Hideaway Cabin and Forest Spa. We’ll have glasses and a cooler ready for you at the spa.

• Hideaway Cabins do not have minibars. However, there is a fridge for your own drinks and drinking water.

• A small selection of non-alcoholic drinks will be available for purchase during your stay.
