• ABOUT PARTIES: We adore good times, bubbly drinks and calm bachelorette parties at Hilltop House. But big parties cannot be held at our premises. We're committed to maintaining a peaceful environment, and we do take disturbances very seriously. Please ask in advance if you are planning an event or party.

BOOKINGS

• Check-in from 4 pm, check-out by 11 am (Sundays until 3 pm)

• Weekends require a minimum 2-night stay, i.e., Fri-Sun

• Cancellations: at least 4 weeks prior, after which the booking cannot be canceled

HILLTOP HOUSE

• 120m², 1.5 floors

• BEDROOM 1 ("FOREST SUITE"): Entire second floor. Matri King bed (160cm), daybed (converts into two additional beds), writing desk & large bathroom with dressing area, two showers, large vanity with two sinks, and a toilet

• BEDROOM 2 ("NEST"): Practical bedroom on the first floor, sleeps four in two bunk beds

• Large entrance hall, toilet, open kitchen-living room, cozy seating area around the fireplace, multiple dining tables (6-8 person table, 4 person table + 2 person table)

FOREST SPA

• 45m² separate sauna building, accessible via Hilltop House's terrace

• BEDROOM 3 ("TUPA"): Two single Matri beds (80 cm) (converts into a King bed upon request), kitchenette, and small dining table

• Authentic wood-burning sauna, always warm outdoor hot tub, two rain showers, toilet & outdoor shower

AREA

• The yard area is exclusively for your group's use. The nearest neighbors are Hilltop's 3 Hideaway cabins (in use during the summer season), located over 200 meters away.

• NOTE! In icy winter conditions, access to the property is possible only with a four-wheel-drive vehicle. Otherwise, it's about a 500-meter walk from the parking area (space for 2 cars). With four-wheel drive or good weather, you can drive right up to the house.
