BREAKFAST

GUESTS

Ideal for 2–6 guests, max. 10 guests. The property has 3 bedrooms:

• Forest Suite (2–4 guests)

• Small bedroom with two bunk beds (2–4 guests)

• Tupa bedroom in the sauna building (2 guests)

Group bookings for 11–16 guests are possible by combining Hideaway cabins. Inquiries via email.

BOOKINGS

• Self check-in from 16:00, check-out by 11:00.

• On Sundays, late check-out until 15:00 at no extra charge.

• Minimum stay: 2 nights on weekends.

EVENTS

A relaxed atmosphere, bubbly drinks, and calm celebrations are welcome. However, loud parties are not allowed. We are committed to maintaining a peaceful environment. If you’re planning an event, please ask in advance.

SPACE LAYOUT

Hilltop House (120 m²) features two bedrooms and spacious living areas. The Forest Suite upstairs has a 160 cm double bed, a daybed (can be converted into two extra beds), a writing desk, and a large private bathroom.

The small downstairs bedroom has two bunk beds for up to four guests. The open-plan living room features a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a separate WC, and dining tables for 6–8 guests + 4 guests.

The Forest Spa (45 m²) is a separate sauna building connected via a terrace. It includes the Tupa bedroom with two 80 cm beds (convertible into a double on request), a wood-fired sauna, an always-warm outdoor hot tub, two rain showers, a WC, and an outdoor heated shower.

LOCATION

• The Hilltop House property is exclusively for your group. The nearest neighbors are the Hideaway cabins, located over 200 meters away.

• We strongly recommend arriving by your own or a rental car. No services are within walking distance, and taxis must be booked several days in advance.

• A 4WD vehicle is recommended in winter. On icy and snowy conditions, without 4WD, parking is 500 m away. Otherwise, parking is available directly at the house.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellations must be made at least 30 days before arrival for a refund, minus a €30 handling fee. After this, bookings are non-refundable and non-changeable (including in cases of illness).
