EVENTS

A relaxed atmosphere and calm celebrations are welcome. However, loud parties are not allowed. We are committed to maintaining a peaceful environment. If you’re planning an event, please ask in advance.

SPACE LAYOUT

Hilltop House (120 m²) features two bedrooms and spacious living area. The Forest Suite upstairs has a 160 cm double bed, a daybed (can be converted into two extra beds), a writing desk, and a large private bathroom.

The small downstairs bedroom has two bunk beds for up to four guests. The open-plan living room features a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a separate WC, and dining tables.

The Forest Spa (45 m²) is a separate sauna building connected via a terrace. It includes the Tupa-bedroom with two 80 cm beds (which you can connect to make one Queen bed), a wood-fired sauna, an always-warm outdoor hot tub, two rain showers, a WC, and an outdoor heated shower.

LOCATION

• The Hilltop House property is exclusively for your group. The nearest neighbours are the Hideaway cabins, located over 300m away

• We recommend arriving by your own or a rental. No services are within walking distance, and taxis must be booked a day in advance

• A 4WD vehicle is recommended in winter. On icy / snowy days, without 4WD, parking is 500 m away. Otherwise, parking is available directly at the house.

CANCELLATION POLICY

To confirm the reservation, a 20% booking fee is charged at the time of booking. The booking fee is non-refundable in case of cancellation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days prior to the start of the stay. Cancellations or date changes made less than 30 days before the start of the stay are non-refundable. This policy also applies in case of illness.
