Finished in 2023, the luxurious Villa Makia is a 135-square-meter log villa located in Röhkömukanmaa, near Yllästunturi. The villa boasts stunning views of the fells and its tranquil location at the end of a cul-de-sac ensures a private vacation.

This high-quality villa can accommodate 8+2 guests. The spacious and tastefully decorated property is spread across two floors. On the ground floor, you'll find a fully equipped modern kitchen, a spacious dining area with a beautiful oak table for 8-10 people and an open living area. The large windows of the villa provide breathtaking views of the fells. The ground floor also includes the master bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds and a walk-in closet.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each with two single beds. Additionally, there's a fold-out futon sofa in the upstairs lounge. All bedrooms are equipped with blackout blinds by Visor to ensure a good night's sleep, even during the midnight sun. Furthermore, three of the bedrooms have work desks, allowing you to work conveniently in the villa with a fast internet connection (fiber optic).

Both floors have separate toilets. On the ground floor, you'll also find a luxurious sauna area with a modern sauna and two rainfall showers, complementing the overall high-quality experience. In addition, there is also a practical dressing room and a utility room with a drying cabinet downstairs.

The carport can fit two cars and it has a warm equipment and ski maintenance room with a drying cabinet for outdoor clothing and storage space.

Charging an electric car in the carport is included in the rental. During the winter season, the rental also includes two ski lift tickets for the Äkäslompolo and Ylläsjärvi slopes.
