Levi Base Camp South is a cozy and modern semi-detached holiday villa completed in 2025, offering a truly unique location – surrounded by forest, overlooking Kätkä Fell, yet just moments from everything Levi has to offer. This inviting 70 m² retreat (55 m² ground floor + 15 m² loft) accommodates up to 6+1 guests and is designed for comfortable year-round stays in the heart of Finnish Lapland.

Panoramic windows fill the villa with natural light and frame beautiful views of Kätkä Fell. The gently flowing Vielmajoki River runs behind the property, creating a peaceful setting throughout the year. In summer, you may spot swans on the river, while winter gives a chance to see the Northern Lights dancing above the surrounding forest.

The villa comfortably accommodates families and small groups with three bedrooms and a loft. On the entrance level, one bedroom has a 160 cm double bed, while the second includes a bunk bed with a 140 cm lower bunk and an 80 cm upper bunk. Upstairs, the third bedroom has two 80 cm single beds. An open loft area with a sofa bed provides additional sleeping space for one or two guests.

The bright open-plan living area combines the kitchen and lounge. A striking soapstone fireplace creates a warm atmosphere after a day outdoors, while underfloor heating throughout the villa ensures year-round comfort.

Whether you're preparing a quick breakfast before heading out or a relaxed family dinner after a day of adventures, the fully equipped kitchen includes high-quality appliances, cookware, and tableware to make cooking easy.

The bathroom features a shower, sauna, toilet, and washer/dryer. The villa is equipped with a Wintersteiger boot dryer for ski boots and outdoor footwear. A separate toilet adds extra convenience.

Everything Levi has to offer is within easy reach, yet the villa feels tucked away in nature. Cross-country ski trails, hiking paths, and snowmobile routes are nearby, while the Gondola 2000 lift can be reached via an 800-meter shortcut. The nearest grocery store and ski bus stop are both about 500 meters away, Levi village center is 3 km away, and Kittilä Airport is only 9 km from the villa.

The property offers parking for two cars, an engine heater outlet, and an electric vehicle charging station (3,6 kW). Guests can also use a storage room for sports equipment. Families traveling with children will appreciate the staircase safety gate, and a toddler package including a travel crib, bed linens, a high chair, and a potty are available for rent. Bed linen, towels, and final cleaning are included in the accommodation price.

For larger groups, the neighboring Levi Base Camp North can also be rented, allowing accommodation for up to 14 guests in total.
