Levi Base Camp North is a stylish and modern semi-detached holiday villa completed in 2025, located at the foot of Kätkätunturi in the peaceful Immellompolo area of Levi. This cozy 70 m² retreat (55 m² ground floor + 15 m² loft) accommodates up to 6+1 guests and combines modern comfort, beautiful scenery, and easy access to Levi’s services and outdoor activities.

Large panoramic windows bring Lapland’s nature into the living spaces and offer stunning views of Kätkätunturi. The property borders the gently flowing Vielmajoki River, creating a peaceful setting throughout the year.

The villa features three bedrooms and a loft. On the entrance level, one bedroom has a 160 cm double bed, while the second includes a bunk bed with a 140 cm lower bunk and an 80 cm upper bunk. Upstairs, the third bedroom has two 80 cm single beds. An open loft area with a sofa bed provides additional sleeping space for one or two guests.

The bright open-plan living area combines the kitchen and lounge. A striking soapstone fireplace creates a warm atmosphere after a day outdoors, while underfloor heating throughout the villa ensures year-round comfort. The loft also includes a workspace suitable for remote working.

The fully equipped kitchen includes high-quality appliances, cookware, and tableware, making it easy to prepare everything from quick breakfasts to family dinners. The bathroom features a shower, sauna, toilet, and washer-dryer. Guests also have access to a Wintersteiger boot dryer for ski boots and outdoor gear, as well as a separate toilet.

Levi Base Camp North is ideally located for year-round activities. Cross-country ski trails, hiking paths, and snowmobile routes are nearby, while the Gondoli 2000 lift is only 1.4 km away. Levi village centre, with its restaurants, shops, and services, is 2.3 km from the villa. The nearest grocery store is 800 metres away, the closest bus stop is 500 metres away, and Kittilä Airport is only 9 km away.

The property offers parking for two cars, an engine heater outlet, and an electric vehicle charging station. Guests can also use a storage room for sports equipment. Families travelling with children will appreciate the staircase safety gate, and a toddler package including a travel cot, bed linen, high chair, and potty is available for rent. Bed linen, towels, and final cleaning are included in the accommodation price.
