In addition, there is a 50 m² basement level with a utility room and practical storage and maintenance space. Large windows fill the villa with natural light and bring the surrounding nature into the interior. The atmospheric fireplace creates a cosy setting, especially on winter evenings.

The villa comfortably sleeps up to 7 guests. One bedroom is located on the main floor with a high-quality double bed. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms: one with two separate single beds and the other with a 120 cm bed. Two additional bed mattresses can be brought up from the basement if needed. The villa is ideal for families, couples and groups of friends. Children's equipment includes a travel cot, high chair, potty, baby bath, children's dishes and a safety gate for the stairs.

The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for everything from leisurely breakfasts to shared dinners. The dining area and living room provide a welcoming space to relax together after a day outdoors.
