From 1 November to 31 March, the rate includes daily housekeeping, reception services from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, guest services, activity booking services, kiosk services, and breakfast served either at the reception or delivered to your suite.

Located on the southern slope of Kaunispää, the villa offers spectacular fell views throughout the year. Floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows bring the beauty of Lapland's nature indoors, whether it is the glow of the Northern Lights, the vibrant colours of autumn foliage, or the golden light of the Midnight Sun. Designed by Architect Takkunen, the sculptural solid timber villa combines modern Scandinavian design, natural materials, and exceptional comfort.

The 83 m² villa (65 m² + 18 m² loft) comfortably accommodates 4–8 guests. The ground floor features two cozy bedrooms, a sofa bed in the living room, and a spacious loft providing additional sleeping space. The open-plan living area, high ceilings, and inviting fireplace create the perfect setting for spending quality time together.

In addition to a fully equipped modern kitchen, the villa features a glass-walled sauna, a private Drop outdoor hot tub, complimentary Wi-Fi, a Samsung Smart TV, a washing machine, and a drying cabinet. During the summer, an air-source heat pump provides cooling for added comfort. A baby cot and high chair are available upon request. Free parking is available directly in front of the villa.

During summer and autumn, the area invites you to hike, cycle, and discover the pristine beauty of the fells.
