Polar Blaze Villa is a modern and stylish semi-detached villa completed in 2023, offering high-quality accommodation right in the heart of Levi. The villa is located less than a kilometre from the centre’s services and slopes, yet still surrounded by the tranquillity of Lapland and direct access to local experiences. Situated in the aurora zone, the villa allows you to admire the northern lights from your own yard, and the cross-country ski trails and snowmobile route run just a few hundred metres away – with the snowmobile track even accessible directly from the backyard.

Spaces across three floors

In the basement you will find a practical secondary entrance, utility room, toilet and a heated garage that also serves as a hobby room. The floor also includes a large multipurpose space that can be used as a movie room, exercise area or gaming room. A ping-pong table offers entertainment for both families and groups of friends.

The middle floor forms the heart of the villa. A bright living room connects to the dining area and modern kitchen, with a beautiful fireplace creating a cosy atmosphere. On the same floor there is a bathroom with two showers, a separate toilet and an electric sauna with access to the balcony for cooling off. The snowmobile route runs right next to the property, the cross-country ski trails and ski bus are within a short walking distance, and the nearest slope and Levi centre are less than a kilometre away. The hobby spaces, ping-pong table and versatile living areas make the villa a perfect destination even for indoor days.

Polar Blaze Villa is located just 700 metres from the nearest supermarket and slopes. Kittilä Airport is approximately 16 kilometres away. Levi’s services, restaurants and activities are easily accessible, yet the villa still offers its own peaceful environment in the middle of nature.
