This semi-detached holiday home, built in 2019 and offering approximately 80 m² of space, provides a high-quality and peaceful base for both active holidaymakers and those seeking relaxation. The home is designed for six guests, and its atmosphere is simultaneously modern, warm and inviting.

The location is one of the gems of the area: from the back terrace you can enjoy a breathtaking view of Kuertunturi, and from the front terrace you can admire the majestic profile of Yllästunturi. Here, every morning begins in the calming embrace of the fells and every evening ends in the quiet of Lapland.

Spacious and inviting layout

The home features three bedrooms, each offering a peaceful place to rest. One bedroom has a comfortable double bed, while the other two have high-quality separate beds.
The large open-plan living room and kitchen form the heart of the home – a place to gather for meals, games, conversations and relaxed evenings. You also have access to a separate toilet, a practical utility room and a sauna that completes every day spent outdoors.

The kitchen is well equipped and designed to meet the needs of holidaymakers. A generous selection of tableware and a versatile range of glasses make mealtimes easy and atmospheric – whether it’s a simple evening snack or a more festive dinner.

The property includes a carport and a heated storage/ski maintenance room equipped with a waxing bench, scrapers, brushes and a waxing iron – perfect for active skiers and snowboarders.
Electric car charging will be available during the summer.
