A wonderful three-course menu made with Finnish ingredients, with an emphasis on local produce and the flavours of nature. We let the ingredients speak for themselves. The flavours are clean, pure and balanced, inspired by the traditions of Finnish cuisine.

Jerusalem Artichoke, Leek and Roe
A delicate Jerusalem artichoke soup, charcoal-grilled leek, rainbow trout roe and crispy potato.
Pike Wallenberg, Grilled Potatoes and Sea Buckthorn
A crispy pike patty, potatoes flavoured with grilled butter, peas, roasted carrots and a sea buckthorn beurre blanc.
Rich Knights, Apple and Cardamom
Gingerbread, baked apple purée, cardamom butterscotch and vanilla mousse.
We will select wines to complement the dinner perfectly.
You can also choose from a selection of craft beers and ciders.
