Autumn Aurora Getaway – Four Days of A
Find a hidden gem in the forests of northern Lapland – where silence and stories embrace you when nature prepares for winter. Here, the world slows down. Step into stillness – and into something deeper. In this Arctic quiet, you’ll feel a rare connection: to nature, to each other, and to something within yourself.
Stay in a cozy glamping tent with a crackling fire, surrounded by quiet wilderness, and the northern sky. No distractions – just the two of you, wrapped in peace and simplicity. Watch the night sky from your bed and wake up to the purest silence.
By late August, nature begins its quiet shift toward winter, dressing in stunning autumn colors. The peak of fall foliage is usually during the first two or three weeks of September, but the colors linger on the ground for weeks. Frost paints the landscape in delicate white just before the snow arrives. The first snowfall often arrives in mid-October, usually settling by the end of the month. Every autumn is a little different – but always beautiful.
When the night is still and the lake lies quiet, autumn reveals its secret: Northern Lights that ripple both above and below, reflected in water like a dream. And when the skies are clear, our northern location offers some of the best chances to witness the auroras dancing overhead.
Let the Arctic landscape unfold through experiences that blend nature and culture – a walk tour to tundra trails and a quiet moment feeding reindeer. In the evening, gather by fire under the open sky to taste local flavors by an open fire and keep your eyes on the sky. Step into your private sauna and warm your soul after a day outdoors. Moments of local stories and discovery of the ancient and sacred will connect you to Lapland on a deeper level.
Some places bring you closer – to nature, to silence, and to each other. Start your story here.
