The Forest sauna offers a peaceful retreat where you can unwind in the heart of the woods. Its panoramic mirror windows open onto the surrounding forest landscape and the northern sky, creating a serene connection with nature.

Enhance your sauna experience with refreshing cooling rituals: step under a cool summer forest shower, plunge into the cold Arctic Fountain pool, or feel the invigorating touch of a snow bath. Cooling experiences vary by season, offering a perfect balance of warmth and refreshment.

The Forest Sauna & Experience provides moments of relaxation and well-being throughout the year and is located within walking distance of our main building.

GOOD TO KNOW:

• ALWAYS wear a swimsuit or towel in the sauna.

• You can order your favorite sauna drinks and snacks from additional services.

• Do not use a sauna whisk or perfumes in the sauna.

• Pets are not allowed in the sauna facilities.

• The availability of cooling experiences depends on the season.
